Applying to HKAA

Thank you for your interest in applying to HKAA. To complete your application, please use the following process:

Step 1

 Apply online.

You may start your application process online. You may fill out the online application here:

Step 2

Download the application package and print it out. Fill out all the forms that apply to your application status.

The application package includes:
1. Application Check List
2. Application Form (Skip this if you have already applied online)
3. Parents’ Questionnaire (For Primary ONLY)
4. Recommendation Form (For Secondary ONLY)
5. Primary Tuition
6. Secondary Tuition
7. HKAA Booklet (For Your Reference)
8. Dorm Application (If applicable)
9. Dorm Health Consent Form (If applicable)

Step 3

Collect all the documents you need to send to the Admissions Department according to the Application Check List.

Step 4

Send in the application packet by mail or hand-deliver to the school.

If you are an international student, you may send the entire document through email, then mail the original document. This will help start the admission process faster.

Step 5

Interview/ Entrance Test

The Admissions office will set up an interview or entrance test for you within 14 days after receiving your application form.

Step 6

An admission letter will be sent to you within 14 days after the interview/ test.
