Welcome to Hong Kong Adventist Academy (HKAA)! It is a pleasure for me to serve as the principal of HKAA during the 2011-2012 school year. God has great things planned for this school and bigger things planned for each student enrolled here. We are so pleased that you would choose to have your son or daughter engaged in serious study on our school campus.
HKAA has a mandate for holistic excellence. We believe ourjob is to educate our students to be successful, contributing members of society. Our students should be people who possess the professional skills needed in a global community, master the social intelligence to work with others, lead clean and healthy lifestyles and have the moral integrity to stand up for those in need and always make ethical choices.
We are part of a global education network. We are proud to have teachers from many different countries and cultures teaching for us. We select our teachers based on a worldwide evaluation of their skill sets. They either have teaching certification or they have advanced degrees that qualify them to teach their subject matter. Our teachers support Christian values and will focus on providing a clearly articulated set of moral guidelines that will be a great guide to our students as they grow into responsible and caring citizens.
