  • SEN-related reports (if applicable)

  • Student’s portfolio

Personal information

  • 2 recent passport photos

  • ​Proof of address (for Hong Kong Resident)

  • ​Students’ Birth Certificate

  • Students’ Hong Kong Identity Card

  • Valid overseas passport (for foreign students)

  • ​Valid Hong Kong visa

  • Parents’ identification (HKID Cards)

  • Parents’ Passports with Valid Visa​

Church certification​

  • Adventist Church Recommendation (for Adventist family only)

  • Baptism Certificate (Optional)
