Harold serves as HKAA's beloved mascot. The story began during a typhoon season in 2019, when a baby owl found itself trapped in one of our campus trees. Fortunately, one of our teachers rescued the owl and turned it over to animal protection in Hong Kong.

Following this incident, HKAA invited students to propose a name and design a mascot that would embody our spirit. After numerous submissions poured in, the name Harold emerged victorious, and students crafted a distinctive owl logo.

Since its debut in 2021, Harold the Owl has proudly stood as a symbol of HKAA. We take immense pride in our committed students, whose hard work and determination truly shine through.

The HKAA is excited to unveil its inaugural newsletter,  The Harold Post!
